From day one I was so impressed with her knowledge of the area and how quickly she had several houses to show him. The communication between Kristy my son and me were always immediate. I really feel like she provided mother's advice in my absence and for that I am most grateful. Everything went smoothly as we believe in the old Kentucky saying "if the good Lord's willin' and the creek don't rise!" Well... We purchased the home on Kristy's word and did not visit until the move-in date. The home fit our needs wonderfully, and we spent 3 years owning the home while our son finished school. Kristy's guidance provided us exactly what we were looking for during the college years. After college, Kristy listed the home for sale for us and did a superb job negotiating the contract details, and our closing occurred as scheduled. Prior to the listing going live, Kristy coordinated a few contractors to clean and provide landscape services. We were thrilled with everything Kristy did for us, and highly recommend her to look after your Savannah real estate needs. We could not have been more happy with Kristy's services.

Being 16 hours away, it was good to have such a solid and resourceful person "on the ground" in Savannah. She is the sweetest human and so relatable! She listens to what you want/need and makes it happen. Even after selling she got us in contact with a realtor in Illinois where we are buying another home. She was never bothered by all our questions (there were A LOT!), she never missed a call or text, and made sure we knew what we needed to know! We will continue to sing her praises to everyone that is buying and selling in the area! We truly adore her as a realtor and friend!

Although we would have made 4-5 times more money buying here in Orange county, we had a richer and more rewarding experience visiting/seeing Savannah with its rich history (it was smart to survive the Civil War intact as Atlanta did not). The only thing I'd improve on is the fact that information flow should include both the listing and selling agent cc'd and both teleconferenced on all forms of communication instead of a single point of contact that passes information along. Crucial pieces of information are often lost, forgotten or not transmitted at all when there is a "middle-man/woman" between the buyer and seller. Otherwise, GREAT company to deal with. They took care of everything for me.
